About the walking times
The walk from the BTS is the one figure on this page we measured instead of copying, because a studio's own walking time is its own claim: Unlimited Podcast Bangkok's page says five minutes from BTS Thong Lo Exit 3 for an address 1.3 km up Thonglor. Their sentence is still printed above ours rather than removed. Every column was measured the same way on 31 August 2026, ours included: the pedestrian route through OpenStreetMap from the station to the street address, timed by the router at a 4.5 km/h base pace. Where a studio names no station we measured to the nearest one on foot, which for Modal Creative is Ekkamai at 1,140 m rather than Phra Khanong at 1,150 m. Ours comes out at 170 m and 2 min, slightly longer than the one minute we say elsewhere on the site, and we published what the method returned.

Hours. We're open daily from 09:00 to 21:00, weekends and public holidays included.
Rooms and scale. We have four soundproofed studios. The Great Boardroom seats five, The Confessional seats two, Smart Studios is a solo setup with six looks, and The Office is a solo room too. Multiple rooms can be booked at once for panels.
