Luna Imaginative is authorized to invoice clients directly, reflecting the comprehensive nature of its role as the parent company and primary service provider.
Payment for services provided by Bangkok Podcast Studio, in collaboration with Luna Imaginative, shall be made according to the terms specified in the individual contract or agreement. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the contract or agreement. Clients are encouraged to communicate directly with Luna Imaginative regarding any questions or concerns about billing, payment, or the services offered.

This involves time-intensive processes to set up the studio tailored to your specific needs. These preparations begin well in advance of your scheduled session.
Impact of Cancellations: Due to the nature of our services, cancellations have a significant impact. The studio booking means that the time slot is exclusively reserved for you, and as such, we are unable to allocate this slot to other clients on short notice.
Consideration and Agreement: By choosing to use our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. We encourage our clients to carefully consider their schedules and commitments before making a booking to avoid any inconvenience.
Timeliness and Punctuality: We kindly ask our guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled session. This ensures that you are ready to start on time and allows for any last-minute adjustments or preparations.
Late Arrivals: Please be aware that if guests are late, the booked hours will still be billed in full. Our scheduling is tightly managed to accommodate all our clients fairly, and late starts cannot extend beyond the originally booked time slot.
Scheduling Limitations: Due to scheduling constraints, extending sessions beyond the booked time is not possible. We are committed to maintaining a timely and efficient schedule for all our clients and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to your allocated time slot.
